What is The SwitchIn Virtual Project about?
The SwitchIn Virtual Project is an Educational Virtual Exchange co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
The main objective of this project is to support intercultural dialogue and the development of soft skills between young people among EU-associated (Portugal, Spain, Netherlands) and non-associated countries (Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania) through Virtual Exchanges.
Collaborative Learning Across Borders
The SwitchIn Virtual Project is an Educational Virtual Exchange initiative promoted by the Coordinator EIA – Ensino e Investigação e Administração, S.A. (Portugal) and partners Asociación Cultural Integra (Spain), NVO Integritet (Montenegro), University College Beder (Albania), European Community Studies Association Kosova (Kosovo), and Stichting yEUth (The Netherlands). The project partnership came together to design this initiative, driven by the belief that its completion will yield numerous benefits.
Priorities and Topics
- Promote Intercultural Dialogue
- Set-up skills development paths to enrich personal and professional youngs’ CV through innovative methodologies
- Enhancing critical thinking and media literacy
- Allow access to high-quality international and cross-cultural education without physical mobility
- Create a space for dialogue to facilitate connection between young people from Kosovo, Montenegro and Albania with peers of EU countries
- Support the development of soft skills
- Bridging the gap by increasing the participation of disadvantaged young people
